One thing that I do that helps my perm rod sets stay all 7 days is to not separate them to the max on day 1. I only separate maybe once or twice each curls and over the course of the week I’ll separate more. It’s not the most ideal but it keeps me from having my hands in my hair everyday and from it looking bad on day 3 and 4 if I separate to the max on day 1. I will still take tips from this video! Thanks for sharing ☺️. I would love to see you do a JUMBO perm rod set or JUMBO flexi rod set, that would be cute on your hair!

Pineappling in 4 are great for us girl in the awkward phase :). I Pineapple my hair every night so it doesn't smush. Less picking = less manipulation.

Do you re-moisturize at all during the week? If so, how do you do it without creating frizz? I find the ends of my hair get dry around day 3 or 4, especially during the winter. I'll spritz with water, followed by a leave-in or just use a leave-in but either way, will get frizzapalooza if I don't do a twist-out or something.
