Cadets 2011 Encore - Don't Stop Believin'

This is the 2011 Cadets performing their Instant Encore, Don't Stop Believin', at the Tour of Champions Grand Finale on August 7, 2011 at the New Meadowlands Stadium. The pit played "I Gotta Feeling" as an interlude between the show and the encore.

My marching band did this song as our opener in 2011. This was quite a self-esteem crusher

The contrabass is what drum corps employ instead of tubas or sousaphones. The could be pitched in G depending on the age of the instrument. Newer ones (1990-present) are pitched like concert tubas in either F, C or, more typically, Bb.

A drum and bugle corps literally is a marching band. It is just a more specific category for groups not associated with schools that have no woodwinds. This is not open to debate, that is the literal definition of the term.

This is the Cadets Drum Corps. They're like a "professional" version of high school marching band. The key difference is they don't march woodwinds, only brass percussion, and guard.
