I just got my steamer a few weeks ago and i love it! Mine is a different brand but it looks exactly the same! I use my desk in my office and a chair that lowers enough for me to sit comfortably under the steamer. I never thought about a table that adjusts but that’s a great idea to put the steamer on! Your hair looks so hydrated and beautiful.

No plastic cap sis when sitting up under a steamer unless you have a big whole in the cap. Also, the water is going to drip no matter what. Try wear a towel around your neck to protect your neck and back from the hot water that’s dripping. Next time, sit under the steamer without the plastic cap and your hair is really going to show how much they loved that steam. Happy steaming 🖐🏽

Girl I've read different things from different people which is why I'm like let me just play it safe and put on this cap. But good to know! The dripping is annoying but I'll figure it out- thank you! ❤️

It is the plastic cap. 10-15 minutes on naked hair. That mielle is a strong protein treatment. Looks good curl.

You are going to love that streamer. I've had mine for two years. Love it. I use mine twice a month. Use without the cap and keep a towel around your neck. That is a pretty green chair.

You can use a couple of thick hard covered books to help elevate the steamer to be more comfortable if you have a few at home. Hope this helps

Just for you to know that you don't wear a shower cap when you steam. Glad it still worked the way you used it.

@@curlelia A shower cap defeats the purpose with a steamer. The cap will blocked the steam and extra moisture from getting into your hair.

Love you curls! I have a question, so I notice my low porosity hair sheds a lot whenever I style and I’ve been using protein free products so I’m positive I don’t have have protein overload and I do a protein treatment once a month. Any suggestions on products I should try?

Your hair and scalp are too moisturized. Is your frizz soft and does your hair not bounce back completly when you stretch it ? If so you may need protein, but use light protein treatment every two weeks. (And this is just what I think and know ok.) You can also do a tea rinse and still use your moisturizing products.
