I love the way you mention textures in fragrances. That plays so heavily in finding the right perfume to fit a mood you may be feeling, an event you are attending, or a look you’re going for. If you’re interested in other Swiss Arabian scents, Casablanca is an oldie, but a goodie. It has vanilla in it, but I end up smelling like a caramel apple when I wear it. I also love MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold, but it is an aromatic juniper vanilla perfume. Lovely stuff!

Burberry Goddess is so beautiful. This perfume is a true testimony of how you mix ingredients determines the quality of the scent. Honestly, Ginger and Lavender are two scents that I don't like. However, I love Burberry Goddess. Great Video

Even though I LOVE the gourmand (Bianco Latte) vanillas, the more perfumey, warm floral vanillas (Goddess) are more versatile for everyday to me.

Nice to see you back, Karina! My #1 vanilla, even though it’s not technically a “vanilla-centric” perfume, is Maison Crivelli Iris Malikhan. There is just something so special about the dry-down when the vanilla matures into this almost white chocolate texture. 😍 Another fragrance that I finished that is a super fun incorporation of vanilla is Zoologist Harvest Mouse. It’s literally autumn in a bottle. 😊 Soft. Gentle. Sweet. Field flowers/grass. A bakery-esque vibe. And golden beer. Haha. But I promise, it doesn’t smell like straight-up beer. If you are curious they have samples of all their perfumes at a reasonable price. And they are a home-grown Canadian house. 🙂

Iris Malikhan is divine. It is definitely vanilla heavy. One of my favorites as well. I can’t figure it out what part I love about it. I am trying to find similar types but I haven’t found any so far. Maybe they are in the men’s fragrances? I don’t consider Malikhan masculine though. Have you find any similar scents to it?

I have not! It truly stands out with the surprising pop of galvanism blended with the creamy Orris root and vanilla. It’s also not overly sweet for being so decadent, which I enjoy. Overly seeet vanilla makes me nauseous. Good lunch on the hunt, though! 🙂

I had high hopes for Italica. I love all the notes it contains but I can’t do the sweetness. If it was just a tad less sweet I would be all over it. However Lira is divine. Lira is about the dry down. Nothing lemony after a minute. It is a fall spicy classy, not too sweet scent. Nothing similar to it. Don’t judge it by the initial spray. They say it is weak but on me it last all day, I only spray two on my arm and it is there at the end of the day.

Yeah I didn’t like Italica either. I really tried but I just couldn’t get there. Lira on the other hand is stunning. It’s caramel with a touch of lemon to brighten it, and the lavender adds depth. Overall it’s sweet, creamy and addictive. I can’t see you not liking it, but I recommend buying a decant if you’re not sure. There’s so many online stores you can buy different mls decants from. Like Mycustomscent, Surrender to Chance, Scent Event etc. That’s what I like to do personally. 😊

Kayali vanilla 28 is very floral. How people don’t pick out the floral notes. It is a sweet floral scent. More floral than vanilla. Like the new Gucci yellow bottle.

I appreciated you recommended vanille fragrances for all budgets. My favourite vanilla scents are Guerlain Vanille Planifolia Extrait 21, Vanille Fatale by Tom Ford( original formula), Eau Duelle (parfum) by Dyptique. The down side of Guerlain is the ridiculously price of its fragrances. 👎

I love my burberry goddes intense, to me it is literally an intense version of the OG, and it lasts, the OG doesn't last that long on my skin! I recently got rifaaqat and I hated it🙈 it really smelled like the inside of a car to me! She got declutterd after a month Thanks for sharing your vanilla's!

The closest is BDK Velvet Tonka which is obviously much pricier but also better blended. SOudTonka has almond cherry vibe/tonka . You must like sweet & it’s not like Dior hypnotic
