I DESPISE the conditioner. Despite its nice smell, it has 0 slip and feels like water on my hair. The hair mask is also kinda eh when it comes to slip (or so I remember when I first tried it), but it does leave my hair soft. I just opt for african pride's pre-shampoo detangler in scenarios like this to get through the whole product without wasting it.

Its so interesting to see how everyone's hair reacts differently to stuff. Yeah I didn't like the hair mask at all. Buy my fave is the Leave In I really love that stuff. Have you tried it?

@@NaturallyNishy I'm hesitant to buy it because I don't trust afro love in the slip department :( ... After all, their conditioner and mask only "sorta" worked on my hair when it was damaged and had a looser curl pattern, despite the brand having "afro" on its name. Though maybe I'll try it along with the cream since everyone seems to love those two! Hopefully they're worth the coins. If there's one product I would recommend, though, is their nourishing shampoo. It's very gentle, moisturizing and it comes with a really nice tea-like scent. Maybe won't cleanse enough if you're looking for something that will clarify your scalp, but it definitely gets the job done. Ironically, the shampoo had more slip than the conditioner for me, haha!

Apparently the souffle has no added proteins which makes it good for those who are protein sensitive. I've also read others who say that it's better on looser curls.

Yeh girl it was a whole scene.... But I loved the other products so much I can overlook that. Well girl I thought it was a styler at first just by the name but something told me to look at the directions. It was only then I realized 🤭
