Everyone seems to love AG Mousse Gel, but I haven’t been wowed. But this video convinced me to try again, using your recommended technique, before I go ahead and give it to my nieces.
@CurlyChelle5474 жыл бұрын
It’s definitely been a long time favorite of mine. Even though everyone is different and won’t all like the exact same products, sometimes a change in technique is all that’s needed. I’m happy to have inspired you to try it again. Hopefully it ends up working for you. Thank you so much for watching!

AG Mousse Gel did not work for my hair at all. I was bummed.

Thanks so much for your videos! I have more wavy 2b-2c hair but also love some of the same products- Ecoslay Orange Marmalade; AG Mousse Gel and I like a few different foams. I liked your videos about the CGM too bc the struggle is real for me! Thanks:)

Love your videos! I just discovered AG mousse gel and Recoil. But I found my hair looks much better with the mousse gel and the Details cream. What are your thoughts on the Details cream? I use the Verb Ghost shampoo twice a week.
@CurlyChelle5473 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It’s been a while since I used the details cream but I remember liking it as well. It worked really well for frizz control. I just like the curls I get with recoil better. Might have to try details again though... I have yet to try the Ghost Shampoo. Might have to pick some up. Thank you for watching!

I have fine wavy/curly collar length hair. I've tried brush styling and it leaves my hair stringy. I typically use a leave-in, some Tresemme mousse, and flaxseed gel. Can I drop the leave-in and use the AG Recoil instead being that you say to use a small amount? I'm using the AG Curl Revive Shampoo and Curl Thrive Conditioner.
@CurlyChelle5473 жыл бұрын
You can definitely drop the leave in and use the recoil instead. You’re using some good moisture filled shampoo and conditioner so a leave in could just wind up over conditioning your hair anyway. And it’s something you an add back into your routine anytime you feel you need it and then stop when you feel you don’t. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching!

@@CurlyChelle547 I wondered if my hair was over moisturized. My hair hasn't been curling the way it usually does. Hmm. 🤔

I have layered AG Recoil and AG Mousse Gel together. Would these products make my hair feel producty, rough, icky? Swavy Curly Courtney said that Recoil gave her hair a gritty feel. I need a cast for Longevity but I want my hair to feel soft after the cast breaks
@CurlyChelle5473 жыл бұрын
The Recoil has magnesium sulfate in it which is great for curl enhancement but can dry hair out a bit and will create that gritty feel you’re describing if you use too much. A little goes a long way. This stuff is concentrated. The amount I see some people put in one section is what I put on my whole head of thick, coarse hair. Go sparingly and you should be good. I’d recommend taking breaks from it occasionally and using other products. Rotating products is a good idea anyway but especially with Recoil. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching!

Have you heard of Ouidad Twist? I saw it in Walmart today.Online & Target too. Cowash, Gel, cream, primer, refresher. $9.99 each. I wonder if it is the same quality as regular Ouidad? I have never tried any Ouidad. Tfs! Blessings!

I’ve heard of it recently but I haven’t tried it yet. I’ll have to look into it. I’m curious if it’s a similar quality as well. Thank you for watching!
