So I got these type of K-tip extensions in Atlanta by a stylist and the extensions are frizzing up due to it being 90+ degrees. Is there a particular product that you use that will help keep the frizz from reverting back to just a giant fluff ball of mess I just got this done less than 72 hours ago😢
@justbritaylor_53923 ай бұрын
Something that can be used at home is the ‘Wow’ anti frizz spray stuff. Also since frizz is just indication that the hair is dry, you can deep condition your hair extensions and steam them, and then it should help. Last thing I’d suggest is a smoothing treatment on the extensions. Chemical free so it’s not relaxing it but ensuring it’s manageable and resisting humidity. I provide that for my clients here in Houston and they have no issues.

@destinimaighan Жыл бұрын
For a seamless install I normally recommend 3-4 inches of hair. If your natural hair is shorter than that, it may not blend as well. But, a tape-in install is better for shorter lengths and blunt cuts as we can get more extension in to help blend the look.

This texture is very voluminous, but this is how the client wanted it. My concern lays in her hair health and her ability to maintain her hair at home. I ensured the extension weight to natural hair ratio is healthy and she has a set curl care routine that she can follow at home and I am happy with that. But for me personally, this would be too much hair as well. To each their own!
