That’s something that’s spoken on pretty often in a lot of the darker Spider-Man comics. Like the one where Spider-Man snaps and stops holding back while he’s in the black suit and absolutely decimates villains he’s seemingly struggled against before. Also we’ve got the times he lifted an entire building and a train with no problem 💀

Same...especially the part Spiderman vs Juggernaut...the way he smashed Juggernaut from a top of the unfinished building to the bottom reminds me of Iron Man koed the Hulk in Avengers age of Ultron. I have a feeling that this Spidey is strong enough to defeat the Hulk from the MCU just like Iron Man did with his Hulkbuster armor.

Spider-Man can normally lift up to 10 tons and 100 in extreme dire situations. So yeah Spider-Man isn't just kinda strong. It can still be seen as abysmal sometimes due to the insanely strong characters like the hulk.

Marvel animation has gotten better. The Spider-Verse films are easy picks for best animated comic book films. Just the aesthetic and colors alone makes it a visual treat. Changing the animation industry forever was only half of what Sony Animation has planned for Spider-Man. We could be getting more animated Spidey films after Miles Morales story wraps up.

While I do like some of Marvel's animated works, the live action movies have been better than the Animated movies (as of late they're both falling behind, but Live action is just barely keeping ahead). As for DC however, the animated movies have always been much better than the live action ones. Flashpoint, Under the Red Hood, Batman Ninja, all of the DCAMU films, even as old as Return of the Joker. the Live action ones haven't really come close so far. the only ones I like are the Christopher Nolan Batman movies, the newest Batman movie, and Shazam. I feel like none of the live action DC works have ever been able to perfectly capture the characterization of the DC characters as well and the animated stuff does. (especially Batman). The Batman was a step in the right direction, but I still don't think we're there yet. long ass answer having ass.
