English has nothing to do with literacy and so has knowing any language has. Yes it does help to communicate globally but then it is just a language for communication. That is what languages are meant for. And yeah it does not guarantee compassion and knowledge..

Once Adani's Vizhijham port comes to operational in Trivandrum, you can see international tourists will come bulk from cruise ship, considering Kovalam, Poovar, Varkala beaches and also visit to nice capital city. The port is also near to Kanyakumari.
