@@ananttchauhan In terms of air quality Delhi is polluted. It ranks 3rd in the world when it comes to pollution. Untamed construction is one of the reasons for this pollution. Goa with its natural beauty has its people who have upheld their culture. Developers need to have some ethical practises in place before destroying a city. It's like Bangalore which is now un livable. I hope I have explained what I meant.

This vlog is about residential na so thats what i wanted to understand how will an investor buying a land for residential purpose bring pollution that to in comparison to Delhi, its not land being offered to factories or companies

Goa is small...with influx of migrants and settlers which is more like invasion rather then migration ..it has only put additional pressure on d state with it very little infrastructure....mind u..it has only 13 lakh local population officially ..bt d state is unofficially home to over 25 lakh people....., with casinos, hotel industry and illegal massage parlours...it has only attracted employment for youth from other States and not locals.., lets not turn it into concrete jungle in d name of second home destination and real estate market which caters 2 particular section and class of society form other States..., on contrary it has inflated d cost of living and accommodation which is beyond d reach of locals...., , Goa is loosing its identity...its people ..its culture..., better njoy its nature and go back with good memories....Goa is happy being peaceful.., green , less crowded , free of gutka and pan spits .., and its laid back culture...,

That’s a very good information but the investors can only invest in limited spaces available for them. There is a plan for goa which is as responsible and concerning as you are for the green and natural habitat. Of course if it will become a concrete jungle then no one will visit goo, so I am sure builders like lodha and H&S will take care of the beauty of Goa❤

project is already revoked by the Goa Government department as it was a fraud as in Goa you can't develop or build a house or villa in 1500sq.ft area, minimum area required to develop is 2421sqft

You will enjoy the every second in Goa. I can guarantee. I have been there 2 times and both times I enjoyed the calmness, beauty and fresh air. I never seen anything like goa. I wish I had a home there.

As per 8th April 2024 Article on heraldgoa - "In 2019, total 9,37,113 foreign tourists visited Goa, while up to November 2023, the numbers were only 4,03,403". Why the foreign tourist's numbers going down ? any thoughts ???

We do appreciate what you do, but about Goa it's a very sad situation here where everyone wants a piece of it, with rampant cutting of forests, filling of fields and orchard lands, cutting of hills to make money out of our dear motherland, the ground water is spoilt...in areas, etc etc. due this conversion to development for huge concrete jungles, . Would like to request you to do your bit on your channel to save Goa, as it is racing towards becoming notorious..

Hi Kamiya, need to carefully examine if they have ever completed any project or whats the status of their so many projects. I have a feeling they are just grabbing money by marketing and promotions and not able to show what they are delivering and current status of their sold projects

Goa is already overcrowded. Property prices have shot up like anything making it unafordable for locals. Monsterous project like these have already put strain on the limited infrastruce of the state. One can google other projects like the Tata housing Rio de Goa , Adora de Goa etc. and how are they giving returns on investment as compared to what was advertised.

Goa as projected in this video is amazing, but there is another side to it, as some one has pointed out that it is an invasion rather than migration is true, in my opinion to preserve Goa's unique identity the state of Goa should be realised accordingly, too much of tourism can ruin its beauty and the kind of migrants flocking to Goa has already brought a weaker side to its tourism.

But this video of your promoting Abhinandan Lodha I feel is not right the firstly main reason is lakhs of trees will be cut for the same project leading to ecological imbalance, God knows how many species of plants and animals will be depleted, I hope your heart will cry out to it . Already lots of forest areas are cut, low lying agricultural fields are filled up for various projects and the reaction to this is already showing up there were many landslides, flooding in these rains. And bigger projects like lodha will attract bigger projects in Goa and will take no time to convert into polluted and congested place like Delhi. I know this might be a paid up promotion for you, but this message is coming from the heart of a Goan. I hope you will understand and accordingly act on it.

I being a local, All lies in this video. Goa's tourism is on decline. Foreign tourist prefer peace and not this concrete jungle which this government is doing. Locals will surely oppose this projects and also permissions are not properly taken by builders.
