Based on Facebook ad purchased super q series fan worth Rs.6250 three weeks before and installed by company sales person .From date of installation it creates much much noise and the same was informed to customer care but they informed that it will be replaced within 3 days but until now no reply From customer care. Please don’t invest your hard earned money in this super fan(Toy fan/Duper fan).The options provided in Remote is useless.Due to heavy sound and airflow breathing and sleep will be affected after installing this fan.so prefer other brand like havells,atomberg..etc. My kind request to everyone,If any one still need to buy this fan ,kindly ask sales person to give demo in your room and place order.

Fan is good... but if the fan gets problem even within Warrenty peroid(Mostly the Board will go) and if you are in Tier 2/3 cities then better not to go for there.. if you are in Tier 1 city(eg:Chennai) then the service is there... not sure what is the problem between the operators and distrubutors and service personals... so Think and buy. My suggestion dont go for this fan if you are in Tier 2/3 as i am also affect by this issue.My review is based on pratical ground level sutivation.

All bldc fans get slow over a period of time, because it's magnets loose its magnetic intensity while gets heated. If you replace its rotor or magnets in rotor with new neodymium magnets you will regain the original speed. Try this.
