I am one of the silent subscribers. from past 1 year I have been listening to your videos and i just don't know how do you know what's happening with me even though I am unknown to you. Today After listening to this video you literally took my soul out i felt so disbalanced today and I started operating with my mind running and chasing commitments and unnecessary family drama. And all of a sudden your video is here as if you came to scold me and hug me tight all at once and asking me to focus on the inner reality. I have heard people saying that everything happens for a reason and when came across your page I was in the hardest times because my twin left this country and went to the USA, and there were major fights happening in my family I was on anti depressants that time. I remember 7th july 2023 i heard one of your videos that I just clicked randomly and I cried like babies that day because I was shocked how this women knows what I am going through and today it's been almost a year and I stand 100 more stronger than last year because I know body is meant for all the pain suffering and those tickling sensations but soul? It's untouchable and pure and 1000000 times stronger than what my body is. There is a sense of relief that comes from within because my inner union is more comfortable and pure than my 3D union but still will fight for 3D union as well and make this world a better place. I will always be grateful to god because he sent you my way so that I can be who I am and not what others want me to be. Thankyou for everything and I send you all the virtual love and hugs❤🫂

This is really great advice with the story! I experienced triggers recently and let it go. I did not let my mind chew on it. After couple of days my soul became active and gave me the answers to the mind that I was looking for past 1.5 years getting the same triggers again and again. It is true that “jab mind sota hain, aatma jaagti hain” and soul is not just dumb energy, soul is super intelligence when mind is sometimes stupid intelligence :) Soul mind ko mooh thod and enlightening jawab deti hain, if mind gives it a chance. It definitely speeds up the journey super fast giving up the mind and allowing the soul to point out to the mind all its patterns. As Lord Krishna said “You cannot relieve you of your karma, only I can”. So we cannot solve mind problems with mind, only Divine or soul can.
