I am sending you a huge hug. I'm just coming out of feeling something that seems similar. I prayed (to source that is part of everything). I also started putting my health first (found some feel good meditations that felt great to do daily... started spending time where I felt better... quiet coffee in the morning, walk, swim, listen to good music, spend time with people who uplift me... I finally feel different.... better... It was not overnight... but once I committed to it... every day... I felt a bit of good... and I persisted and for 2 days I'm finally feeling powerful again, healthy again... I know you didn't ask for suggestions... so please if this does not resonate with you skip it and Keep looking for answers...you will find what works for you.

If someone was about to walk in front of a car they couldn’t see because they were overwhelmed and harried but also a loving soul and you could save them, would you just let them walk in front of the car? Most people would say ‘of course I would help.’ There is no difference in the spirit world. Because the other is just another aspect of ourselves. With regard to angels and higher level entities, of course they can help us and should and do. Humanity is being kept suppressed by lower vibrational entities in other dimensions that feed upon the fear and cause wars. It helps no one for any human to be living in fear and harming another. As far as free will is concerned, humans are not really exercising true free will. True free will is actions taken in alignment with the soul which are always acts of loving goodness for self and other. Anything else is not free will, it’s unconscious response through oppression and separation from the true self. So what we are looking at is a human race trying to free itself and higher spiritual realms also trying to free humanity from lower vibrational forces. We do not need to learn to love because we are already love. It is just that humans are continually being exposed to negative energies by lower realms and projected upon that they are not love and therefore the world keeps in a degraded state. Practice true free will and the higher realms will help you always because you are helping yourself be set free. And in doing so, you are setting others free. We are powerful. True learning is remembering and in the remembrance, we know that love is the true instigator of spiritual growth. ❤

My biggest challenge is fear of pain and suffering. Can I get a job and support myself after a divorce at age 73? What if I can’t? Will I be homeless because I’m a bit ill and cannot take care of myself? …and on and on. Even though I’m a soul, I must live in this world, which often feels so awful. That said, I love this lady. I want to let go of fear and be the love that I am.

I struggle to hear and agree with two kind of opposite NDE vs Pre-birth memories: Nde: the only thing that matters is how much you loved Pre-birth: we choose a human life. We enter a character and we choose our human based on what we specifically want to experience and challenge ourself or be a challenge or support to another human/soul. I feel we're in a play viewing it from many perspectives. Maybe there are parallel lives or we can learn enough to repeat a life until we achieve desired outcome/goal/evolving/and can begin to wake up and take higher soul control of the experience. But all experience is neutral and desired... especially of that which we are not. Unsure how to blend seamlessly.... or which to let go. Love your teachings!!!

While I don’t believe this is what Anita is suggesting, my fear is that some people will take this as a message to disengage. That is something we cannot do. If you believe that feeding people is more important than bombing them, that a healthy natural world is a priority, that all people should be free to live and express themselves without fear of retribution (including one’s beliefs about religion), and any other number of things that are threatened or still out of reach for so many, then you need to stay informed, vote, and encourage others to do so. Our human experience may seem insignificant when we leave these bodies, but for now it is how we express ourselves and make a difference in this world. We cannot disengage. We are here for a reason.

Is it true that the “gold standard” for true communication is true telepathy where I am you and you are me communication. Data is not only communicated in true telepathy but also understanding compassion and love as if I am you and you are me and we are one. Unfortunately we don’t have true telepathy here on earth. When I tell someone I am thinking of a letter “A”, the other person cannot see the color the shape the emotion and true intention of the letter “A”. So the missing data we fill them in with our own perceptions which is based on ego or our fears or cultural constructs. It’s not true telepathy and so we end up having misunderstanding and eventually leads to wars. If we can communicate better we will see that deep inside we all share the same goal. His message is No Wars, Peace, and there was real peace during his 4 years and the Abraham Accords was a miracle peace agreement between Israel and Palestine. He was bashed constantly in the media and given no credit for his peace agreements with Russia, N Korea, China and Israel. The minute Biden came in the wars immediately started between Russia and Ukraine, N Korea started threats and Hamas did a most horrific evil attack against innocent civilians in Israel and captured tortured killed hundreds of hostages. I am certain that Hamas would never have attacked on Oct 7 if Trump were in office. Now there is talk of WWIII starting in the Middle East. Trump vowed he will bring peace and end the wars. I believe him. And so do the war profiteers. Hence they failed to assassinate him. The facts are peace during Trump's 4 years, wars under Bush, Obama, Biden and Harris. I'll go with the peacemaker.

If you know about the details in Project 2025, I have loved ones in Ukraine and in the LGBTQ community, so it’s hard to stay centered and neutral when so much is at stake. Trump winning would turn our worlds upside overnight. I tell them constantly ‘we are more than these bodies, more than these lifetimes…’. I learned it from Anita, and even though we are living on a knife’s edge, I think it has helped.

I respect Anita a lot, but when we speak about most charged points like wars we have to speak something more than just “we are powerful souls”, “we understand much when we cross over to the other side”, and other very general “good sounding” points. For example it is clear who is doing real evil things in Ukraine, in Israel - why not to name evil as evil?? We are waiting it from spiritual leaders! Sometimes we have to fight, not out of hatred, but just out of need to protect innocent people etc. it is more than ok. When you are caring for your garden you have to get rid of weeds, and prayers or meditations or good words will not help you at all - weeds will do harm to your garden until you destroy them. Even though they are plants too, they have to be removed. The same with evil powers here - you can not get rid of them just by meditations and good words, especially when they do shoot at you and your loved ones. Some souls have it not easy on the other side at all, I mean who did terrible things here, there are much evidences from NDEs about it. Not to speak about some people who did evil on a massive scale. And by all respect - please do not speak in a row about wars and elections, it is very very very different - wars bring death and terrible suffering to very many thousands, elections is just a big show filled with hatred too, but it is not to compare with wars, please believe me, I am caring about war refugees during 1,5 years.
