Current Ratio less than 1.0 does not mean a company can't pay its debt -- all it means is that current liabilities are more than current assets. While it is not as common as a current ratio over 1.0, it is not that uncommon. In the 30 stocks in the Dow, the list of companies with a CR less than 1.0 includes Walmart, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, and Verizon.

1st question if current ratio is more than/higher than one 1st point i didn't get you that they should return you Bcoz if in the asset side of the company has invested the money or has 91days commercial Papers Or T Bills or many such secure instruments its good na u mean to current asset = current liabilities. but in many books standard ratio is given 2:1 can u put a bigger highlight on this
