1) Channel Partners, Brokers, KZbinrs, and Builders are working in unity to loot "end customers" by selling flats at inflated prices. 2) There's no room for negotiations. 3) Builder says, "This is the price. Take it or leave it." 4) There's no union of tax payers of middle class to oppose this cartel or monopoly. 5) Every Tom, Dick & Harry is entering the market either as a Builder or as a Broker 6) Realty Bubble has started bursting but looters don't have the courage to accept this, and are denying it. 7) I made this comment more than 6 months ago, but some KZbinrs deleted my comments. Now same KZbinrs are claiming that they predicted the bursting of bubble. 8) In the end, due to inflated prices both investors and builders will suffer as was the case ten years ago.

Everything gave the smell of a sc am the moment builders started quoting 3 plus , 4 plus , 5 plus etc etc crore as rates . As a buyer on needs to understand this sc am upfront .

Go for smaller properties 2bhk or max 3 bhk in 40 to 70 lakh range . It will be easier to sell . Won't get in gurgaon but in greater noida etc you may get .

I am not aware of the same . Pls contact various brokers and also do direct contact to buyers ( websites avaliable ) . You will need to do searching on multiple weekends to find such a property .
