I understand completely.. Glad I listened to this message.. I surrendered completely to divine flow through my physical vehicle.. I mostly drink only water & eat mostly fresh fruits...not much, just a little.. I am now exploring & learning to navigate different realms... I met my higher self... Geographically, no one in this dense reality resonates with me.. Humanity is really ascending.. I never thought this would happen now..or maybe, at some level I did & chose to be here.. I had a very upsetting dream. It was a dark night, so many shadows, moving around, there was an old man glowing, he got my attention then he fall down, i ran over to him, i held him in my arms, he was glowing, he said "please dont let me die, im dying, i dont want to die" he had his hand on my cheek wiping my tears. I was crying saying, "you have to die, you are very old, its ur time to die" i held him and kissed him on his head and whispered "good bye" he kept saying, "Please im not ready please dont let me die." I woke up crying. I felt free.

My intention is to stop this lightheadedness that I had for the past 7 Years it takes over my entire life. I have to convince myself that i am not going to pass out or vomit 🤢 which I never have vomit or faint its just the feeling very strong that is going to happen it makes me sick and takes my energy. I can't shake this off its there i want to scream every single day I have to take my dizzy pills and my anxiety med yes this cervical vestibular disorder gives me anxiety. I have tried everything and anything. You could offer me 10 million dollars but I would have to stay with this cervical vestibular or i refuse the money and i would be back to normal. I would refuse the money and have my health back. 😢

The only reasons people are deficient of vitamins or nutrients going vegan is because they’re not having a balanced well rounded diet. There’s countless studies showing vegan diets are healthy for people of all types during all stages of life. In vegan for last couple years, I burn over 3,200 calories a day, very active, get all the protein and nutrients I need to feel good, purify my thoughts bc there’s less toxins and fear and death my body is consuming. Not to mention 99% of meat comes from factory farms and supporting that by buying meat is by definition evil and it does go against what general spirituality all says, to treat all creatures with respect, even ones that are sacrificed.
