I loved Barbarous Words by George Hares! That book needs more hype for sure, it related so much to my practice so it was really nice reading a book that I connected with well. Libre Sigilum - Gary St M Nottingham seems really good; that's definitely gone on the to read list! 😁

I’m so glad that Utterly Wicked found its way to you! I’m a huge Dorothy Morrison fan and this is one of my favorites of hers I met her a little over 20 years ago in a Pagan store and became and remain friends. I love the way she writes and all her books I find a delightful read and very informative. She is a very down to earth and knowledgeable woman and magickal practitioner. I hope you continue to enjoy this book and I can highly recommend anything written by her. Brightest blessings and you are doing great work with your channel. I do not say this lightly. I’ve been a witch for more than 30 years now and it’s nice to know that the future of magick is in capable hands like yours. Sadly that is not always the case. I was on the fence about buying a spell book of a wicked witch and now ill take a pass. Of Blood and Bones is one of my absolute favorite books. I also really really enjoyed Utterly Wicked. Ive read Tree Magic and I enjoyed the lore the author wrote about each tree. I'll admit that it was difficult for me to get through. I need to revisit it with a fresh pair of eyes.

Egh. Its okay to read fun fantasy stories. Give your brain a break from constantly reading teaching and learning books, heh. Let your brain chill and you enjoy fun fantasy reads and learning non-fiction books. 😉. A balance of both i would say, lol. All Work and no Play, can make anyone a dull girl or boy 😉 😆. That includes both their mind and body. Lol. - the Shining book and movie reference. Rofl 🤣.

Very funny, the book call of the horned piper is very hard to find in english, but very easy to find translated into the portuguese language (Chamado dos Velhos Deuses, means call of the old gods, actually). the afterword was written by a very influential occultist in portugal. It's actually a VERY good book for traditional witchcraft. I really recommend it. Explains very well knot magic, wild hunt and stuff and is very much influenced by the sabbatic witchcraft. If you can find it, please get it. It's a masterpiece!! I would say it is meant for intermediate / advanced pratticioners

Many books that are wiccan based are very squeky clean and not for me. I will be readi ng blood and bones soon whsn i get ir. Not many just do traditional witchcraft. I do it for the craft side not the religion. Wiccan is mostly just a religion not much else.

I really enjoyed Dorothy Morrison's Utterly Wicked. The Lords Who Wander sounds really interesting, as I'm into planetary magic! I've just finished 2 astrology books, and I found Ivo Dominguez' book on astrological magic very useful.

I dont know if youll see this Hearth, but I have a book recommendation for you. The series is called "Raven Cycle" (Disclamer, it is fiction.) It is a fantasy romance, BUT also has a decent representation of psychics and witches, that is fairly acurate and not the fictional type you typically see.I was reading it and I thought of you. Hope you see this, and maybe even read it. No pressure though, have a great day!

Good video! I read welsh witchcraft, it was a good book, however I found the author to be repeatative. Not in thier information which was really, really nice but in their phrasing, and how they worded content. Just my opinion, but it is worth a read.

I like that you touch on how people see bainful magick as taboo. I personally think that more practsioners should educate themselves on it. I'm from America and I love the witchcraft here, but people also kinda shame eachother in my country for it. I just wish that more people would recognize the pros of learning bainful magick; like using it for defensive purposes. How is it for you guys where your at?
