Wow, this is bringing memories back, this is one of the dishes I grew up with, when there was not much money to buy food this is what my mum would make for us, it was really a poor man's dish at the time, and still goes down a treat for me now that I'm a fully grown woman I still make it for my family and they love it, I always tell my kids this is one of the ways we eat our eggs back home, they always say mummy make a south african dish for us I always tell them look and aunty Fatima or aunty Gaja's videos which they do now they want me to cook like you guys, I really need to buy that cook book of Fatima, How can I get it I'm in the UK.
