She put the green seasoning in at the beginning! Every body makes their curry different! You don’t necessarily need green seasoning! A recipe is just a guide!

Coriander/cilantro,scallion, scotch bonnet, garlic, ginger and green sweet pepper is the base. Ppl add other things I add Spanish onion and thyme.

Oh girl, this is all wrong. Very wrong. Great that you have green seasoning but the main two ingredients to have a perfect chicken curry is missing which are masala and geera. Also you need to combine those with the curry power and make a paste with water. You then sautee the onions and garlic with the peppers then add the curry paste. Continue to sautee for a few more minutes then add your seasoned meat. Seasoned with dry season, salt , green season and black pepper. Let that go until the curry paste is absorb into the meat and we’ll coated then add potatoes and warm water. Boil until potatoes are soft and curry is thickened.

She did good. If that's wat works for her. I'm jamaican and we don't use no masala or w.e lol. There are different ways to cook curry chicken. Her kitchen her rules. Just saying

@@natasciastanley8351 her kitchen her rules you say then thats no curry. These ingredients orginated from India as such that is the authentic way of doing curry. The spices add flavour. You should understand if persons want to adapt other foods, the least they can do it learn to do it properly. Youre caribbean so you know our history, most of the indian indentured immigrants settled in Trindad and Guyana so trust me when I say we know how to do curry

That's why it's called JAMAICAN curry chicken. Jamaicans don't use masala. And let her cook it the way she wants too. I use a lot more than that but this is HER video.
