Nica is played by Fiona Dourif, daughter of the actor who voices Chucky. There's actually a whole story about how Brad brought her with him to work as a little kid while in production of the first movie. Fiona overheard him doing ADR for the scene where he's screaming his lungs out as Andy sets him on fire and it left her traumatized. Despite that, she takes great pride in being the actual seed of chucky and how it was the coolest thing about dating her in middle school. Also, she looks exactly like Brad Dourif as Charles Lee Ray and without spoiling anything, the franchise will poke fun at that resemblance. Finally, when you get to Cult Of Chucky, make sure to watch the unrated version since it has the post credit scene that's not in the theatrical version

Funny enough I saw Fiona earlier in True Blood as a guest star and believe me you should seen my face when recognizing her in Curse. My dear Jay. We've literally had a new version of Chucky in EVERY MOVIE! Nica is Brad Dourif's daughter, Fiona. The house HAS been renovated to accommodate Nika's wheelchair. They're eating chili, not so strange, but hides the taste of the rat poison. No-one cut the brakes on the priests car. You're right, in the case of stab wounds, you should not remove the weapon, but in the case of a car accident, the police CANOT leave the victim in the wreckage indefinitely and they cannot move the vehicle to the hospital. You gotta watch the 2019 Child's Play remake. It IS great imo. I hated the remake at first, but the more I watch it, the more I appreciate the direction it went and imo, it does have more character development than most of the Chucky movies. So I definitely suggest checking out the remake and give your own opinions on it. I'll put it this way, look at it more as it's own thing not Chucky related. Great writing, acting and directing. It just gets hate because it's another remake basically and it's so different.

please do not watch the childs play remake. Don did not give them his blessing, in fact that movie could’ve been called anything else and been a slightly better movie but they used the childs play name for obvious reasons. This horror franchise is one of the FEW that is one big continuous time line from start to current (being the tv series) I think its so disrespectful for the creators of the remake to tamper with that when Don asked them not to
