They don't keep playing when you remove their cards under their stand limit because once you stand you're stood until the hand is finished. Their number just dictates when they decide to stand instead of drawing. Also I completely agree with the face vs value thing, the value should always be visible on the card itself; either with "+1" type markers, or just a label that shows its present value.

diamonds aren't really hard difficulty they just have the effect that isn't obviously powerful

Their effect is less easy to use than all others. Hearts mitigate attrition damage, clubs help not take damage via temporary shield, spades help not take damage by defeating enemies faster. Meanwhile diamonds get 21 coin every blackjack, and your best bet is to hope there's an event nearby that lets you spend that moolah for heals. So i think it's appropriate to label them as the hardest ones to play.

The diamond start is op when you know what to build, especially in the demo where you have guaranteed lootboxes and shop/counterfeiter encounters

@@mrkitty1997 Difficulty is a measure of how hard it is to survive. Not how op you become. If can effect is only strong when you are winning than it does not make winning easier. Though. there is a big question of how that will be balanced with longer games after the demo where you have time to cash in that op.

I love the hypocrisy when Icely complements Double Back Card for doing nothing and then proceed to criticize the Yellow Card, which at worst, acts like a Double Back which generates temporary Double Backs.

Knights and Bishops promote to Queen. 1 - Gemini Pawns and Knights can capture the unit in an opposite direction after capturing. 2 - Twilight Requiem Pieces blast adjacent horizontal units after capturing if down 3 Pawns or 2 Pieces. 3 - Tragic Princess Pawns and Bishops can move twice unless to check a Piece.
