That's real mechanics for an old double-barrel shotgun. But it's not majorly for shooting two shells at once.

It’s real not really used together though one for each barrel or you turn the metal notch on the back of the barrel left or right and the first trigger will do eaither the top or the bottom barrel and the other trigger just does nothing
