Randle El was my time as a student and those teams were fun but it was frustrating having no defense and losing 42-37. And then the fact that we couldn't keep any program momentum going after the covid season really stung and was a big reason for that pessimism coach discussed, but man, this feels different and like Indiana could actually be for real and it's so freakin' exciting. In Cig We Trust. Go Hoosiers!

@@silversoulken Louisiana college a division 3 school they are naia now. I have a couple friends that went strength and conditioning that are at big programs now. We learned the gale hatch system with a lot of the Olympic lifts. This was in the 2012 range when programs were moving away from the bigger faster stronger system of squat deadlift and power cleans.

As someone from Northern Michigan who ended up going to IU as a freshman in the fall of 2007, I'll never forget the slogan that year around campus/classrooms was "Play 13" because we hadn't made a bowl game since the early 90s 😂. We did make one that year, too! Including a legendary rivalry victory against Purdue that year, where we rushed the field. I've been CRAVING this for decades. IU deserves this. There's not a more beautiful campus in the nation! Can't wait for everyone to see it on Saturday!

We Hoosier fans have fallen in love with coaches before. Results are what matter. I know they've played some nobodies. But the program with more division 1 losses than any other program is used to losing to those nobodies. So I'm gonna enjoy being undefeated and bowl eligible already. Curious to see what happens when they play better teams.

the RB from that 1967 hoosier rose bowl team was from my hometown. Terry Cole. Mitchells finest. He got drafted by the dolphins and was on the undefeated team. Met him at a restaurant when i was a kid and he drunk autographed my hat and misspelled Miami. Core memory lol

How is IU not ranked #1 this week? They have put up way more points than Oregon. We also beat UCLA by alot more than Oregon or Penn state. OHIO ST loss to Oregon. Georgia loss to BAMA and bama is no good. Texas loss to Georgia. Miami barely beat CAL. Lsu loss to USC. Iowa st hasn’t played anyone. BYU has only beat Kansas state but the big 12 isn’t that good. ND loss to northern Illinois. But IU gets no love!!!
