Dorsey is great. Main reason the Browns fired him was because he picked Kitchens as the HC. Other than that he built the current roster that will be a playoff contender for the next few years. Before that he built the championship KC roster and built the Championship GB roster. The feeling of coaching a kid and seeing him realize that he actually is good is one of the best feelings ever. I've just coached little league baseball and some church basketball league, but switching a few things up in a kid's swing and suddenly he's hitting dingers, or changing a couple pitching mechanics and suddenly the ball is zipping right where he wants it and seeing the kid look with the biggest grin is awesome. I think the coaches who get joy from seeing those they've coached be great are the best ones, not the coaches obsessed with winning.
