It sounds like a stutter usually induced by anxiety. Not really a birth issue more of an anxious disorder that can be managed with speech therapy but he seems to have pretty good control of it. I had a close friend with a super severe stutter, and once it started it always got worse because they become aware that they’re stuttering and it increases the anxiety around it then it just gets more prominent.

Jones on Steve-O's Wild Ride i believe, said he was 221-224lb when he stepped in the cage typically. For guys like Cyril&Stipe who are under 250 who move well with Good Cardio I could see him Being 235-240 for guys like Curtis and Sergei who are powerful wrestlers/ Strikers Over 250 I could see him letting himself get up into the 244 Range. Putting on anymore than 20lbs Would Probably Start to hinder him.
