Curtis Coffee brewer not heating water

Wilbur Curtis coffee brewer was not heating water. I checked voltage at terminal block and found no voltage from 1 of the legs. I double checked voltage and then I saw the problem. The plug was not fully pushed into the outlet. Coffee brewer immediately started to heat water.
