Must add just one more thing, if anyone does not have the machine you can roll.out dough like you would pizza or pie. Very thin. Then take a breaded knife or other and cut into long thin slices Long ways. I remember our babysitter leaving dough after cut like a pie on towels on a bed for a few hours. until dry. Then took it to kitchen to cut it in lengthwise strands and boiled in water with salt for the dinner meal! Adding delicious sauce. Some may not have the machine.

I had a babysitter.that.was Italian family, and she made it and she.madevsurevwe had dinner before going home. ( My brother and i) it was so long ago I forgot. Thanknyoubso very much. I do notbknoe your measurements. I am I the U.S.A and so will.try to figure it out. . I.thought she used many eggs and lots of flour But she.fed a family. It was delicious, nothing Like bit! Philipo you did great and with your assistant Curtis! Had a great time joining you and remembering, and now will feel better aboutbtring itself. My mom was Engish and German and did not make pasta. MY dad though was Italian and his dad came from Italy.

WELL thts certainly was a surprise!!! Loved your longer hair style.. but I understand why you decided to have it cut off. My hair use to be very long and now I have a short pixie cut. Your a very attractive man and it doesn’t effect your looks. But I personally liked it longer. But it’s your choice. Oh no! I loved the long hair but change is good. In America if the hair cut off is long enough it is donated to "Locks of Love' to make wigs for cancer patients. Filippo mixing pasta dough on the table like my grandmother did. She used to make caps. Don't know the italian word for them. What he said about glueing your cut off hair on top of his head is something I often think about when I see my hair on the bathroom floor. LOL My sister has a pasta machine but I think you have to hand crank it. Looks delicious but alas too much work for me.

I did once make gnocchi and it was better than all but the very best shop bought gnocchi but it was so much work that I have never bothered to make it again.
