This is our favourite set up, the ProCore offers the best adjustability to both riders weight and the trails at hand. We have yet to try it out in Finale Ligure on the Enduro bikes as this will be a true test of the durability.

Procore: No faffing and maintance issues. Honestly as a consumer and not a racer, Cushcore may be really hard to install strength wise. But it has 1 component and it is really simple with the valve system. I use Cushcore with Stans Race sealant. Procore you have to check core pressure every run, my valve got clogged up by the sealant, and it was a lot more complicated to install. Magic Marry on the other hand are almost indestructible. Had 1 small puncture that fixed itself in the whole season.

Honest question: did you get more flats back in the days of inner tubes?
@freerider87376 жыл бұрын
Alex Salikan i did. I get heaps of flats and destroyed rims with and without tubless. I find tubless alot harder to kill if you have a rim insert like cush core that helps lock the bead into place to stop it burping. I normally brake a rim a month if not more 😂
@AlexSalikan6 жыл бұрын
@@freerider8737 A dented rim doesn't matter with tubes though.
@freerider87376 жыл бұрын
Alex Salikan and a rim in five plus peaces doesnt matter with anything... also most big hits that dint a rim will snake bite a tube. Yeah if you want to keep running a rim once its to fucked for tubless chuck a tube in it. I run both tube and tubless and always carry some tubes can be a life saver but its alot harder to kill tubless especially once you have some form of rim insert. @richpearson7536 жыл бұрын
Great video 👍🏻
@ThatTutorGuy15 жыл бұрын
Does Cushcore maybe cause rims to fail the way yours did? The great thing about air tires is that the force of the contact patch is distributed around the entire rim, like the rim is hanging from the bead. But if a rock strikes the cushcore, that puts all that load into one little spot on the rim. It's cushioned, so less likely to dent the rim, but that just makes a flat spot instead. And since the cushcore is 3/4" above the rim, that's 3/4" less distance that your tire can compress before the rim gets hit. Add in the lower pressure people run with Cushcore... You actually need higher pressure with Cushcore! Just sayin...
