Hey Ben, I have got a question...i have ordered propain rage with 350lbs spring (more progressive than linear frame) and my weight is 70kg, should i go for 400lbs to be in the sweet spot between too soft and too hard ? calculators, experience and propain's recomendations all gave me different results soo I'm confused :P please help

I tore my UCL in my thumb in a similar accident, totally sucked! Was off the bike for like 2 months. Get some good physical therapy if you can and be easy on it, it'll be worth it in the end!
