Salt -1/2 tsp
Sugar- 3 tbs
Nutmeg-1/4 tsp (optional)
Melted butter-40 gm
Warm milk- 1/2 cup
Instant yeast-7 gm
1 egg
Oil for frying
For glazing
Powdered sugar- 2 cup
Melted butter -5 TBS
Vanilla-1 tsp
Warm milk- 4 TBS
