Goof luck with the assembly of the Sinister six diorama. Hope everything works out. I love the God Doom piece. The company that made it really did a fantastic job. I do love the base very much. It goes well with the status of Godhood concept. The top of the base is pretty nice touch because marble usually have the vainy grey pattern throughout. In this case they made that Grey marble pattern green in tribute to the original Doom. The reason why the God Doom is not so bad next to a 1/3 scale statue is because it is not a true 1/4 scale. The company that made it, casted it in 1:3.5 which is bigger than a 1/4 and smaller than a 1/3. Still it is a beautifully sculpted statue and one of my favorites. I am not a fan of the Wolverine on Sentinel's head so much. Not because it isn't well done but because it is over done. The best part of the wolverine statue that I really enjoy the most is the paint job. Titinun really did a phenomenal job with it. Unfortunately like you said, you won't get that quality of paint work from the factory. Congratulations on getting a Titinun special. Glad to see you are in good health and thank you for sharing this video with us.

i get what they are trying to do but i think if i have it custom paint, it will look so much better. Paint quality is a hit or miss for statues at least for me. appreciate your comment!

Great review. That Doom statue is 1/3.5 scale supposedly instead of 1/4. Also makes more sense because it’s not that much smaller than the 1/3 Superman.

that's true. most of the custom statues are over scale.

I got the same Wolverine vs Sentinel statue pro-painted: no doubt that sculpt rises to GRAIL status with a proper paint job!

Saw renders of the piece a long time ago, it came out amazing, regret not getting but at the time I was in this group they only made 3.5 scale. Although the comic fan in me is annoyed they covered up his chest with the tunic. God Emperor Doom in the comics didn't have the top tunic, missed opportunity to show off the armor.

Yooo what up Art. The God Doom looks really good, the base on it resembles Roman or Greek style which i like. I agree up close the color doesn't really look like marble, but far away it looks better. Overall still a great piece. The wolverine statue is def my favorite out of the 2. Titinun did an amazing job with the paint, I love that sentinel base so much, great attention to details. Great review as always bro. Glad to see you are feeling better.
