Custom Ark level - The Center 100% completion

This is a custom level I made for the game ARK: Survival Evolved. This map is now 100% complete and can be downloaded at the following link:

A little information about this map!
This map took me roughly 3 months from the very start to the version you see in this video! Every inch of this level was sculpted and painted by hand. Every tree, bush, rock, etc.. was placed by me with a major focus being put on both gameplay and performance. Currently this maps visual fidelity is much higher than the default Ark map "The Island" but also performs considerably better FPS and memory wise.
Current Map Features:
This map has a significant amount of features, too vast to mention here so this list is more of a quick overview!(On top of this list it also features all features that the "The Island" map features)
Floating Island
Edge of the world/GIANT waterfalls
A vast underground world with its own eco system/sun (Large enough to build huge cities in)
Lava Biome(Mordor)
Large underwater air bubbles found deep in the ocean for building bases in
Massive Ancient Ruins scattered through out the world
Unique level design with tons of verticallity
Features all of the regular biomes from "The Island"
Vast Ocean Systems
Giant Ice caverns with etched out ice ruins
Lava caverns
Several unique cave systems, both regular and underwater

UnFrakingBelievable. I can only imagine the amount of time you put into this. I recently loaded it and was running around when it started to rain. COMPLETE WITH THUNDER AND LIGHTING. That adds so much to immersion along with how amazing it looks. It really looks more polished than the official map.

In my opinion the Designers behind Ark "The Island" were probably so full of penis envy it was coming out in all directions, i can see them all looking at their selves, wondering how a single person crafts something 100.. no 1000x better than a team of designers in half the time, by HAND! Even more so adding it to XBOX just goes to show how impressed they were at the EPICNESS that is the Center. Some say "Too bad it wont have Redwood Forests" i say... who the fuck cares. It is very doubtful that the island will ever be played again on XBOX after this. I look at this video and do i think of Ark: Survival Evolved? No i see some sort of other game, some singleplayer story telling game like the Elder Scrolls Series, Dragonage or Even the Zelda Series... Great job frank...

I noticed some of the trees changed quite a bit from what appeared to be not that far from the camera. Is the foliage popping standard to UE4 or was it done for optimization? Other than that the level looks great.

+Adsros Yea, part of creating a giant open world game and still maintaining good framerates :) Newer versions of UE4 provide a much better transition between LODS but they are using a custom version of UE4 that afaik doesn't have this feature yet!

To answer that I need to explain what lava is, I dont want to sound patronising just passing on knowledge :) Lava is molten rock (and other things) it flows slowly or fast depending on it's temperature and how close to solid it it is, the hotter it is the closer to a liquid it is and logically it moves faster. Hope that answered your query without sounding rude.

jamie miller Not technically right there Jamie, AA is hot but barely flows, whereas paheoheo flows really fast, but they're both around the same temperate, flow rate is almost entirely dependent on composition (doing a geology degree)

+Jürgen Eckardt Obsidian can be found at the lava island, on top of the snowy mountains, at the lava head, and under the center. Oil can be found in small amounts in the rivers, and pretty much everywhere in the oceans. They can also be found in the small lakes in the lava biome and on the top of the snowy mountains.
