3dogs1monkey I don't have tv tuner, or Ami. Only nav and CD player. I haven't removed my trunk panels yet can I splice into nav?

Hi. Can you hear the background noise specially when you have the engine running? I made this aux input 3 yers ago and now i m looking for a way to connect the fiber optic to have a clean sound and more accurate too. Have you tried to connect to the fiber optic by any electronic that has optic out?

@@3dogs1monkey i also did this but it cuts the highs a little bit and the sound is not like it suppose to be. It s not Native anymore!

Hi Dogonkey. I’ve watched all of these clips/read the write ups after trying it myself. For some reason on the analogue tuner - I left the original cables in 11, 12 and 13. I then installed new pins on 19, 18, 17 for the audio and video. For some reason the centre console dropped out and no action on the screen. Any ideas by chance?

You have no power or the MOST optical bus is faulty

@@3dogs1monkey powers still there, if I just plug in pin 18 it shorts out the console. Take that pin out and everything going back up normal. Might take it into a shop today, maybe I’m doing something wrong. Thanks anyway! 😃 appreciate all the videos and write ups.
