Really nice video, I want to try to do this.. I saw that when you take off the tape some lines are not "perfectly straight" how did you fix this problem cause I see in the last clip they are perfect. Thank you

Thank you! It could mean a lot of things such as how much paint u apply and how long you dry it for. You can always just go over once all the lines are on the shoe 👍🏽

Millie Willis the blue tape is painting tape so it gets straight lines, and yes just cut to the appropriate size 👍🏽

It is Angelus brand leather preparer and deglazer, it’s an essential when prepping a shoe for customisation 👍🏽

How do you stop the paint from bleeding through the tape ?

Apply less paint and dry the paint for longer, you can always go back and go over the bleeding no problems 👍🏽

What happens to the ventilation holes? Leaving them clogged or cleaned with something from the paint?

Nothing major, won't ruin the shoes quality

How long do you let the paint dry ?

After every coat of paint I blow dry the painted area till it’s dry which doesn’t take a long time

The paint has to be dry before you start putting tape
