You could have just driven to Thunder Valley, Tennessee, and pit yourself against 42 other racers because hooooly, Bristol Motor Speedway is one of the most brutal short tracks in all of NASCAR, with 36 degree bank turns and 16 degree straightaways, there is no guarantee that any one car can survive a wreckage.

Hey Alex, how about a meme car (a couple of slow meme cars) slow speed track where the timers indicate how long before the barrier opens instead of closes. For the last challenge make it a max speed circle with the speed bomb inverted to not be allowed over a speed limit or it explodes (this depends on the meme vehicle speed so when it's at max the bomb can't detonate, only fast cars explode.) Maybe throw in a couple challenges that makes gray move objects around (so vehicle needs power) or ridiculous obstacles that are difficult to evade but feels rewarding if done with a fast car.

I wonder.... Maybe some of these wonderful traps could be put into a map challenge with chaos mods? Have one hazard pursue Gray as he tries to reach the next checkpoint? Say, the tetanus cloud, stalking weebmill, and the heatseeking black hole? Maybe add a new chaos mod that causes heatseeking airplanes to appear? For a troll, maybe you could place Gray in a hanger to begin the tetanus cloud escape, so that when he tries to hop in an airplane, it won't work.
