In all honesty, it was all the company. They could have just blown us off and told us not to make a video. Instead, they asked us to wait as they went through the process. That was so incredibly cool of them!

I honestly thought they were going to just ignore us and count their losses by not expecting us to make a video. Instead, they fought for copyrights, which honestly blew us away, so we were super pleased to wait and to work with them.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. We honestly do appreciate it. The US Air Force logo, seals, etc are trademark protected. You need to obtain permission from the Air Force Branding and Trademark Licensing Office. In essence the trademark is copyright protected. I am not trying to show you up, I just dont want you or any viewers to use logos without permission and then get in trouble.

If there is a copywrite on any service emblem it is expressly not enforced. Tell a vet they can't use it on their coin and they'll probably get scrappy real quick.

Great comment. We only make unit challenge coins for personnel assigned to that unit. I have refused to make coins that people simply wanted because it looks cool. We also collaborated with a company that makes metal challenge coins but i found they made coins with Air Force logo without permission and provided info on how to apply for rights. They actually went through the process and received the okay to use the logo. We are very careful to respect copyright and unit logos. Thank you so much for bringing this up to other viewers.

@@Poor_Mans_DIY no worries. But again, there is no need to force anyone to jump through unnecessary hoops in order to use service emblems or even unit emblems. The chair force isn't coming after people for supporting them.
