At the end you get a Style Conflict briefly but just go through it. Does it matter? I get that alot in mine and some people say not to ignore it. What do you think? Otherwise I liked the presentation.

Good evening there! How can i create numbering of the sheets ,so when i open a new sheet in template show 1 of 2,3,4,5.....?

Can't I just use an already designed layout (dwg) from AutoCad in Inventor? The line work that is. Also, is the line weight editable?

Great question. You should be able to open the AutoCAD .dwg file in Inventor and then follow the same set of steps in the video to create your new template for use with inventor from the source AutoCAD file. For example: 1. (In Autodesk Inventor): File > Open > AutoCAD Template of Choice 1.1 NOTE: You may need to use import an AutoCAD file rather than "Open". To do this, simple go to FILE > Arrow next to OPEN > IMPORT DWG 2. File > Save As > New Template File Name of Choice.dwg (Be sure to save this in the following directory: This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Users > Public > Public Documents > Autodesk > Inventor 2021 > Templates > en-US) 3. Now you can edit your new template as shown in the video. To change the line weight and other style elements you can go up to the "Manage" Tab > "Styles and Standards" section of the ribbon > "Styles Editor" button while in your drawing file. This will allow you to change the style of the elements in your drawing (such as line weight in table of revisions, line weight by drawing layer, etc.) 3.1 NOTE: An easier way to do this is to RIGHT-CLICK on the block of interest after importing the AutoCAD file (title block for example) > then go to "Edit Definition" > Then RIGHT-CLICK on the lines you want to change the weight of and go to "Properties". Here in the line's properties menu is where you can easily change the line weight.
