I’ve got to cut some drive shafts and always though you had to weld the 2 parts together, then slide a sleeve over. Don’t you find this required and the sleeve on it’s own is enough?

For Motorsport use, I would never used a Sleeve Shaft. For a budget build? Go ahead and sleeve it.

in my opinion You make gbox side driveshaft a bit too short, when both CV joints are on the same level the inner joint goes depeest into the cup, for me You set the inner CV too far out and when the wheel will go down it might bind or pop out

The Inner CV had full engagement at full suspension droop (a bit i failed to film to be able to put it in the video)
