Custom Engraved 1911 Grips

I purchased this file set from you and have ordered a blank set of grips to try it on. I'm just thinking and planning ahead. (I don't use Adobe, I use Corel). I don't expect you to know Corel or explain it to me, but ...let me see if I can ask this question the right way..... When you lasered this, and made the first pass (the dark background pass), did you have this file setup in 2 different layers so that you could laser the dark background parts separately from your second (white overlay/highlight) pass? I'm still trying to figure out how to segregate the darks from the lights in your work so that I can get more depth when needed (or deep engrave one part and then white mark the other, for example). Thanks for any input!

use the stacked or "two color" versions of the files, and i have corel tutorials too. not a lot but a few... but the dark you see is the "one color" and the light color/clean is me using the "negative" versions of my files. you can see how i label them in the bundles but theres lots of ways to skin this cat. its whatever works for you check out my playlists on here for the tutorials i got

I have been watching most of your videos. I haven’t watched many of the tutorials because they were Adobe focused (didn’t realize you have some Corel ones…that’s great…I’ll check them out!). I really appreciate the fact that you offer tutorials, all the designs and bundles and that you offered that Black Friday special (I like your stuff so much, I think I spent almost $1200 AFTER the discount which was SUPER helpful!). I also like the MVP program you offer customers from that quarter! I still have a couple of your designs I want (so will be back next quarter for sure 😝). I just think you have a great business model for what you specialize in…and a funny sense of humor in your videos. It makes them a pleasure to watch. Keep ‘em coming and keep doing what you’re doing! this set is the last i had from a bunch i ordered off ebay. not sure if they still have them on there. but if not i just recently bought a bunch from AlumaGrips and theyre stuff is good to go as well so check them out if you dont see any on ebay.
