My procedure is like this. I take the model, wrap it with MH full-body using Wrap4D or Zwrap, and then use Metapipe to build the metahuman. Once that is done, reimport the original model and transfer vertex+skin weight. Voila, a Metahuman with an original source model.

You activate the foot contact option in iC8 to deal with the feet going under the floor :)

The other thing that you can do is bring it into blender and maybe make the teeth shorter just a little bit and add shapes there
