CUSTOM FLOWMASTER Axle Back Exhaust On My BMW F30 328i

Tired of all the straight piped F30's? Me too. This here is something new, something different, something....well okay maybe it's not new or that different. But it's cheap! Now if you're like me and can't cut a bumper to save your life than I would probably take it in to a shop and have them cut your exits. Flowmaster also offers a variety of mufflers that could work with your car, so the super 10 isn't your only option. There are also several different universal brands you could go with too.
So in total what I spent for all the parts and labor was an estimated $550 and there are still cheaper muffler and tip options out there.

@@kbautoproject I'm not brave enough to cut it myself lol. Yours looks solid though. Have you had any luck with finding a decent diffuser for that bumper?

I spent a considerable amount of time looking for one back over a year ago and never found anything that seemed legitimate. It's been awhile though maybe there is something new out there!

The car looks and sounds great. Do the make a flowmaster super 10 with 3inch inlet and outlet. I just got my car same as yours out the bodyshop with both sides cut out and ready to install the quad 3inch matte black tips. Not tuned yet but going to soon. Can u give me some advise? Thanks brother

Thank you! You can check out Flowmaster's website and see if they have a 3 inch inlet and outlet for the super 10 but I'm pretty dang sure they do! Be careful with your tips, as I realized that mine which were apparently powder coated, chipped. If you are looking for as loud as possible, delete your resonator. Even with a catless downpipe my setup was pretty mild.

Are your tips 9.5" or 9.75" ? I have a 2016 428i gran coupe F36 that I'm doing an M4 body kit upgrade. Just got the rear bumper and ready to start with the quad tips.

If your talking about the length then they are 9.5 and 3.5 wide tips

Check out AWE's website, also there is a difference between getting one for an M sport bumper and non-M sport so make sure it's the right one for your car!

Did you replace the resonator with the muffler or just install the muffler right after the resonator?

I do actually, it was sold on iaa to a guy in Poland who had it shipped there and fixed it up.

@@kbautoproject so when you do a muffler delete when you shifting you get the fart on the n20 engine N that’s what I don’t want I know burbles are there but idk do you happen to have a picture of underneath the car I may copy this set up 🫣

You have to remember that I technically still have a muffler it's just not the stock muffler. Also, if you're already using bootmod3 then you can already turn off all burples in your settings too. I believe I have pictures on my Instagram.
