Can you please tell me, referring to "Architects", is that the music playing in the first 3-4 minutes, like the 2:50 - 5:00 minute mark??? And if so, can you please tell me the name of that particular song??? Thank you in advance!! 🤘

Actually, its sounds like all the songs in the background might be the same artist(Architects). But specifically what is the name of the song at the 2:40-3:30 mark??? Its not often I learn about new music Im not familiar with that I really love but this did it!!! Now, Im OCDing back and forth between this video and Architects song videos trying to find that particular one! But so far all of it is great! Nice cart too dude!!! From one wrench turner to another, GREAT TASTE, Brother!! Sub'd!

For the price the harbor freight tool cart is excellent. Definitely recommend it for techs starting out. I have a Matco Tools one because it was a good deal but no one can really knock the quality of the HF cart for the price.

I bought the same cart back in 2010 and it has served me well. I never even put the struts on the lid I just hang it down the back and it has never closed on me once. ;-) I'm not into having a sail on a boat or a tool box, there's more than one way to give a cat a haircut.

What I don't get is why people buy 1/4 extensions, impact sockets, etc. Are you guys throwing 200 ft lbs of torque down on a 1/4 drive socket? I'll use my 3/8 sockets for that. I break a 1/4 chrome socket snap on will replace it whether it be my blue point or snap on small sockets. Yes I bought blue point as it's cheaper for the small stuff. Now on the swivel extensions snap on makes them as well. Last I checked they were professional grade tools. LOL...... The 3/8 swivel short and long extensions I have are with the pins so they have more rotation without binding as I have a couple pinless swivels and haven't been impressed with them. They bind more than the ones with the pins.

Those magnetic socket/wrench holders are brilliant, and the fold-away side shelf looks really useful. It's surprising that you chose to skip shopping-cart steering for casters on all four corners. We've always found the opposite to be preferred, what makes you like all casters?

What do you use for soldering the tabs back on the Tahoes? I soldered mine once not realizing it was solder for copper pipe as I do a lot of that as well so it wasn't pure solder. I then got some of the glue stuff and glued it in and it held up about a day. Now I need to clean the stuff off the window side and clean the tab and put pure solder on it before I put it back on the window. I just hope I can get it to solder up good enough to heat. Would be good to know if it does it well enough without heating it then put something over it to help it adhere to the window such as using a glue stick from a glue gun or will them latch to a tab and window if cleaned up really well at first before soldering?
@workingclassgarage
@workingclassgarage 5 жыл бұрын
I always just clean the surface up very well with some sandpaper and then use silver solder to attach it back. If the mating surface gets too hot or is soldered too many times you'll eventually have to replaced the glass.

I keep all of my shop welding tools in my gen 2 green hf cart, it's nice for what it is... I like mine, I used to keep all of my mechanic tools in it, but i upgraded to a husky 62 inch or some shit like that, tool chest. it's the all black one, its nice too, I felt crazy spending a thousand dollars on that tool box... I can't imagine spending $20k on a snapon or some other big name tool box lol, fuck that.

LOL - That is about the ONLY way I will ever own any Snap-On tools, finding one in a car somewhere. Maybe used tools I can afford, but new, never. Just too expensive and for what I do I do not not the top of the line tools. I am not a every day car guy so I get it that you and anyone who works daily on cars needs the better tools.

Yes, definitely nice not having to hear and read the tool snobs forceful opinions! In all reality and fairness, who gives a rats ass what brand tool is used, it's the quality of the repair that makes the difference! Diagnostics is key, and monkey can use a tool, and it wouldn't matter how much cash was wasted on the tool. Me, I prefer to keep my cash, not line the pockets of the pushy salesman. Keep on keeping on man

I expect to get some shit for this, but the Ryobi Hot Glue Gun is pretty damn slick. With the 4Ah batteries, I've never had it die on me in a long sit down session, and it takes the larger 5/16" (I think is the size) glue sticks, not the tiny ones. It's definitely worth checking out, especially if you have that battery platform, the "tool only" purchasability makes the gizmo somewhere in the ~$30 range from Depot

Box is really cool with all the mods you did Your music in the video Is way too loud and sort of ruins the quality. Of the video my guess is it isnt very loud in your shop. But it is picked up much differently. By the cameras microphones and its proximity. Of the speakers and music source ? I want to add one other comment as. I am a lifelong. Rock and roller and i do personally love loud music in general and my buddies used to laugh at me as i would take naps during band practice sessions by laying down with my head inside the bass drums using the drummer pillows He would. Have inside the The drum to create the sound. He wanted For recording sessions

Craig Monteforte I normally have a different microphone and camera I record with but I did this last minute when I wasn’t slammed with work. I was trying to drown out the music over the intercom with my music. The audio wasn’t the greatest in this video but it is what it is, sorry it ruined the video for you.

Nice job on the cart FYI Your camera microphone picks up everything even just touching the tools especially with the radio going it gets hard to hear clearly what you are saying it’s funny about your grease injectors making you look like a druggie I’m a retired Woodworker and my company specialized in hospital and Doctor offices whenever I could get “free” hypodermic needles I would grab them to put in my toolboxes why I could dilute wood glue and inject it behind Veneers without leaving any signs that a repair was made in that area of course it was always new needles we got and plastic syringes they used to flush saline into cuts and wounds to sterilize the area those have a curved pointy end on them way bigger than the needles yet they were still helpful for getting glue into unusual places without making a bigger mess than you needed often glue residue will show up when you need to stain or finish that area and that isn’t very professional looking
