Danny mate, keep the momentum going on soft surfaces, stand up on your legs like a jockey on a horse and look ahead. Lift your throttle off and you bog down. You can both do it successfully , youd need at least 12 litres of water for you guys and the truck radiator.

It looks to me like you need more flotation to keep from bogging down in the soft sand. Prehaps Colin could add a second rear tire for dual drive tires. Should help flotation and traction. Motor seems strong enough to pull it. Thanks!
