I'll tell you what, for somebody that obviously didn't have a tube bender, you did a hell of a job! Most people that don't have all the tubes for fabrication, try to make do and usually built something half-assed. Not you. You actually have well-thought-out triangulation, a decent design, again which is hard to do without a tube bender, and it just plain works. You show people what could really be done if you use half your brain. Again good job, and keep on wheeling!!!

Very cool rock crawler! Noticed how you did not use a tube bender, hard to tell if you just didn't want to or you didn't have access to one. Either way the finished product is excellent, you for sure know how to make proper cuts to join all the pieces together without big filled in weld areas and awkward looking shapes. It doesn't seem to be common knowledge to a lot of builders however, most places that you buy your tubing from will also sell weld in 45s and 90s, I used a few of each in my build cause I didn't have access to a bender. I don't know a whole lot about building cars, but eventually I'd like to learn how to design my own. I always thought it would be cool to have some sort of car like a tesla, with the ability to offroad and go over all sorts of terrain. Its a farfetched dream, but Its my dream

My guess is about 30-40k$ without labor. If you can do cnc cutting on your own and can weld everything yourself, your also gonna need solidworks knowldege. And knowledge to do your own wiring.

Really really nice dedicated work gents. I have a similar set-up with my rockwarts lol, I gusseted the mess out of the link-to-axle-mounts especially the rear. Is that sufficient using just the top cover bolts to hold onto the rear axle? I'm sure it's good for your set just wondered. No one ever answers comments anymore so many evil comments out there.
