It's been on the market for 212 days. It's wayyy overpriced and that's saying a lot for overpriced Asheville which is the NYC of North Carolina lol

Did I see a wall mount a/c in one of the bedrooms? A million plus house and it doesn't have central a/c. Might explain why it's been on the market for 212 days in a crazy market and near Asheville which is overpriced anyways. Good luck selling, your probably going to need it
