The "wet room", as they're called, have become all the rage in new construction as well as renovations these days. I was in a waterfront, multi-million dollar home in Miami Beach last weekend in a home with THREE wet rooms in it - one in the primary on the main floor, another in the upstairs primary and the third in the in-law suite. All 6 bedrooms had phenomenal baths. For $30 million it should have!! 😂😂

You know, trends are changing and some clients are opting for less open living. Sometimes it's nice to have some separation between the kitchen and living areas. It will be interesting to watch this trend. Thanks for watching!
