Awesome work! I was wondering what gun(s) you use, and needle size, air pressure, and any other setup tips. I've been a downhill/enduro mechanic for a number of years now, and always wanted to try my hand at painting helmets and frames. Keep up the great work, Cheers!

Great Job! Can you tell me what grit sand paper or pad you used for the Primer, then what grit for the paint coats? Also, since I will be doing a 2K Matte Finish as well, I will buy ALL Matte Colors for the Helmet right? THank You ahead of time.

how long do you let the paint cure before removing stencils?

How do we know which paints won’t affect the chemical (structural) integrity of the helmet plastic(s)? I was under the impression that some paints degrade/compromise the plastic.

I use Spectral Epoxy primer with an adhesion promoter for plastics. It is listed in their documentation as a useable substrate, so the paint will not cause any issues with it.
