No one can be perfect, and that goes double for small business owners. Running a small business is a rollercoaster ride filled with wins and losses. We all make mistakes, but it's important to understand what you can do to learn from them. 🎢⁠
In our case, it took me over a year to realize we should repurpose these bags into "tissue" paper once our other tissue paper ran out!⁠

I have WAY more packaging "horror" stories I was way too "stressed" about in the moment to share, but am finally ready to reveal them 😉 I hope it goes to show that from the outside, a brand can look "perfect" but we all have our moments and it's how we persevere through those obstacles that we grow 🌱 ⁠

They have heavy duty cutters at certain places. You can take all of them there. They would cut a bulk at a time.

That's how small businesses grow. How about more nice hair clips. 35yrs ago when I had long hair, there were all sorts of different clips around now there only be a choice of stork and claw clips. Love your scrunchies but never found 1 that stayed more than 15 minutes.

And you know that you may have made a mistake with your dad and you have managed to make that mistake into something lucrative rather than negative into the amazing thing when you see the gap between you and your dad as far as the age cap goes and y'all are still getting along y'all are running a business together pretty much and it sounds like you're having a good time doing that God bless you girl and thank you for sharing your experience with some people that couldn't get out of the house I have stage 4 cancer and I'm about to do a GoFundMe page I'm trying to get like a quarter acre of land just so I can grow some food on it until I die I don't have very much longer left a saint but I'll tell you this right now I would love to be growing food rather than sitting here so thank you for taking me on your journey and sharing a little bit of your life with the rest of us God bless from my family to yours

We have always had the same experience in packaging at every business ive worked. Either buying more large or the same amount of large and small and then realize that we go through way more small than large. Always buy twice as much small packaging than large packaging. Plastic and paper Bags, cardboard and Styrofoam boxes. All ordered in the wrong quantities.

You can also recut for smaller bags as well. I used butcher paper brown and created my own. kraft paper and all purpose glue .
