In order to maintain the same copy of data in the dataverse table from as external table, we need to setup the key which will be used as decision maker whether to remove, update or create the row in the table. Create the key and configure the column in the dataverse table and customize the dataflow accordingly.

This was very helpful thank you! I was searching all over trying to figure out how to do this and was so relieved to find this video! I was worried this feature wasn't possible and I'd have to re-think the tables I created and the workflow, but now I don't. Thank you again!
