That's very nice! I built mine on out of pvc and used bed liner paint on it with rod holders mounted on. But after seeing your video I may build me another one, because I really like how your rod holders were built into the pvc pipe. It looks alot stronger than what I have. Good job! Excited to see what other kind of pvc racks you build if you start it on the side

Great Job Gary, I am building one very soon. It looks like 1 inch PVC. There is only one negative that I can see and I'm not sure its even a problem, I don't know how far the screws you used protrude into the rod holders. Screws being stainless steel I would imagine they are hard to cut down. I would be afraid of them tearing up my rods. That is one part I would glue. Great Job though, Off to Home Depot I Go !!

really nice build. you should be proud of it. I'm also interested in the parts list as I would rather have a rack made of PVC than stainless steel. It must weigh half as much as a ss rack. keep up the good work.

Yamaha's shoot the water up out of the back. Does it affect this?

You can disconnect the hose that shoots the water, thats what I did. No issues at all. It can be reconnected in 5 seconds.
